QS World University Rankings 2023 has just been announced. MIT remains as the best university for the 11th consecutive year, followed by Cambridge University and Stanford University.

Three universities in Asia are ranked in the top 20 in the world: National University of Singapore (11th), Peking University (12th) and Tsinghua University (14th). Three universities from Hong Kong ranked in the top 50 globally, respectively, the University of Hong Kong (21st), the Chinese University of Hong Kong (38th) and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (40th).

The UK Government has just launched a โ€œHigh Potential Individualโ€ visa scheme, under which graduates who have received their Bachelorโ€™s and Masterโ€™s degrees from designated non-UK universities in the past 5 years are eligible to apply for a 2-year visa to work in the UK. For those who wish to develop a career in the UK, the visa provides an easier and quicker route to experience life in the UK.

These universities include all the top 10 from the US, and most of the top 10 schools in Asia on this yearโ€™s QS ranking list. Thus, attending a prestigious university not only helps individuals gain considerable academic achievement, but would provide more choices and opportunities in life as well.

We have listed the latest rankings and hope our members would find it helpful in choosing schools.
