Established in 2008 as the first of its kind, Norton House is a premium education centre specialising in academic and intellectual development, situated in the heart of Causeway Bay. With an Oxbridge heritage and curriculum conducted by educators from Oxbridge, Ivy League, and top Hong Kong institutions such as HKU and CUHK, the team at Norton House are skilled in the art of learning, and help students open a world of wonders as well as offer the community exclusive networking with top educators and professionals. It is for these reasons and many more that make Norton House Hong Kong’s most exclusive and prestigious education centre.
In 2015, Norton House proudly announced the birth of International Chinese Academy Foundation (ICAEF), a new-generation organisation dedicated to the pursuit of academic excellence. An aim to advance the development of a new paradigm of premium education is upheld, in addition to the fusion of traditional Chinese principles and modern Western systems in a contemporary global setting. This mission is achieved through the assimilation of various academic think-tanks throughout Hong Kong, including Confucius Hall School and the newly established Chinese Academy Primary School (CAPS).
Norton House has supported over 5,000 students in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and the UK, working closely with over 100 schools and 50 organisations throughout these regions.

Polina joined the Norton House Admissions Team in 2017, and currently offers her expertise to lead the direction of the Admission Coaching & Advisory department. Having spent her entire university career studying at prestigious schools in the UK, Polina is the perfect individual to seek for assistance when it comes to your personal statements, interview preparation, and aptitude test training. Polina enjoys discussing politics and poetry in her free time in addition to the latest skincare regimens.
Maymay is part of Norton House’s Medical Admission Coaching Team, helping students achieve their dreams of becoming doctors. Maymay helps students with their aptitude test training in addition to brushing up on their science-related abilities.

Having studied at two of the best universities in the world, it is safe to say that Anthony understands the UK education system as well as anyone else! Anthony is able to teach a wide range of subjects to students looking to improve their overall academic results, and uses his thorough understanding of the human mind and teaching skills to do so.
Nicolo joined the Norton House Team in 2016 as part of the Medical School Admission experts. As a current student at HKU, Nicolo utilises information from his own personal experience in an attempt to make the notorious journey of becoming a doctor less stressful for talented students wishing to achieve the same. Nicolo is an expert when it comes to medical school interviews, and often helps student develop their logical thinking and reasoning.
Joining Norton House in 2016 as part of the Admissions Team, Jeffrey is responsible for helping aspiring students aim high when it comes to their medical school admissions. Jeffrey also tutors science to pupils looking to improve their exam grades in an attempt to possess a flawless portfolio that will inevitably open doors in the future. As a current HKU medical student, Jeffrey combines his personal experiences with his knowledge in order to present students with a clearer idea of how to approach their future pursuit as doctors.
Having engaged in collaboration with Norton House events such as education seminars, Jeffrey provides the team with valuable insights into the admission process required for those wishing to study medicine at university level. Having gained acceptance into HKU’s demanding and elitist medical course, Jeffrey is able to guide students onto a successful and informative admission path for aspiring doctors.
Gordon is a valuable addition to the Admission Coaching Team here at Norton House. Not only does Gordon assist students with their Medicine tutorials, he also provides in-depth knowledge when it comes to the gruelling interviews for Medicine at university level. Currently an HKU student, Gordon is able to provide students with the latest information they need to know when it comes to successful admission into Hong Kong schools.

When people say they love maths, Leslie is the type of guy who would often question such a statement unless it came out of his mouth. Why? Because no one loves maths as much as Leslie – it has gotten to a point where fellow mathematicians are asked “which equation do you find most beautiful?”, and any hesitation with a response is quickly met with a stare straight into your soul. Leslie finds great pleasure in taking aspiring students under his wing, and helping them develop their mathematical knowledge in addition to lateral thinking skills. If you are looking for someone to improve your GCSE/IB grades, or advice with university aptitude tests, Leslie is the perfect candidate.
If you are looking for an all-rounded science master – look no further than this young man, Mr. Joseph Tsui! Having studied his BA and MSci in Natural Sciences at Cambridge, Joseph is described as being the “Swiss army knife of scientific knowledge”. So, whether it’s physics, chemistry, or biology, Joseph is your guy!

Andre joined the Norton House Team in 2017 and has been a staple of the mathematics programmes ever since. As Andre is studying mathematics at Cambridge University, he is able to combine his extensive knowledge of the subject with his passion for teaching in an attempt to improve the education of students throughout Hong Kong. Even bystanders can’t help but be drawn in by Andre’s enthusiasm and excitement in the classroom!
Victor is a current HKU Civil Engineering student, exercising his passion of helping aspiring pupils in Hong Kong reach their academic goals. Victor’s students are taken on an educational journey that aims at improving their mathematical skills, and consequently develop their logical thinking abilities. Victor is also able to provide an insight into what it’s like studying one of the most prestigious subjects at the best university in Hong Kong.
City has worked closely with Norton House over the years, from being a student to eventually helping other Hong Kong pupils make their dreams come true, gaining successful admission into the universities of their choice. City is currently studying Engineering at Hong Kong University, with a minor in Environmental Engineering while majoring in Mechanical Engineering. So if you have any engineering-related questions, City is the perfect person to give you an answer!

Jeffrey Li joins Norton House as an Admission Coach for students looking to enhance their mathematical capabilities. Having studied his Bachelors in Physics at Oxford University (First Class Honours) in addition to a Master of Applied Maths (Distinction) at Cambridge University, Jeffrey is able to help students in ways they never thought possible. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys using his logical brain to conjure various computer code and create practical programs people can use.
Joanna is one of the newest additions to the Norton House Academic Team. When she isn’t helping students solve x, Joanna also provides assistance when it comes to Cambridge University insights, in addition to aptitude test training. Joanna seeks to educate aspiring students, as she believes everyone deserves the chance for the best education possible.
As President of the Oxford University Hong Kong Society, Ron has taken part in many events held jointly with Norton House, offering tips and advice to perspective students. Ron has also given talks on boarding school and university admissions at Norton House for our students.

Vernon has a natural talent for making lessons fun and interactive for all of those involved, and can create a truly dynamic and unique atmosphere with his professional and approachable personality. If you are looking to develop your written and spoken English capabilities, Vernon is the man for the job.
James is a published columnist with over 7 years teaching experience in Hong Kong to students aged 3 to adult. He now specialises in helping students to grasp the techniques in giving engaging presentations and effective writing styles. He strives to help his students prepare for the future and to think globally.
Having a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Diploma in Performing Arts for Music Theatre, Joan is most definitely one of the Houses bubbliest individuals! Of course this means that she is most definitely into dancing, singing, and acting in her free time! Joan uses her lively personality and capturing teaching techniques to mesmerise her students and improve their English as well as confidence and presentation skills.
David got a Master in Translation from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a TESOL certificate. He works with children of all ages and wants all to enjoy the learning experience while obtaining academic achievement. He brings joy to classes as well as inspires children to think creatively. He has vast experience teaching English to children of all ages, and is amongst the most popular tutors in Norton House.
Tamby is a qualified teacher with over 9 years of experience teaching at international schools and overseas, as well as private tutoring to equip pupils with the skills for successful school interviews in Hong Kong’s competitive education environment. As part of Norton House Education, Tamby designs curriculum focused on multidisciplinary learning and leads inquiry-based classes where students have as much of a say in their experience as tutors themselves, while still working to achieve the academic goals parents have in mind.
